No peace treaty after defense defeat

Today I got a 5-star defeat, lost 38 medals but didn't even get a peace treaty. So I got attacked again in the same hour and lost more medals. Eventually I got a peace treaty but this is either a bug or a cheat that I didn't get a peace treaty on the original 38 medals defeat. I have submitted a ticket in game.

Talking to my allies, many have seen this problem as well. Some even get defeats and lose medals when their peace treaty is active.

Can a developer look into these issues before the majority of players in the leaderboard just quit playing this game? Thanks.

I had this happen to me today. it was only a 3 star (quick, TC, 50%) victory, but i didn't get the dove afterwards like i should have.

Not sure whether this is a cheat, but I rather take it as a bug or technical issue.

I had similar things happened at me, but probably 2-3 times a month. It had been like this since 3 mths ago.

That's even worse, so there's a known bug in the game for 3 months and no one does anything about it? Given that everyone seems to accept this as something normal, no wonder the devs are not doing anything!

This is a bug, it needs to be dealt with because it really pisses off anyone who actually want to play for medals.

Peace treaties being broken happened in real history. If I knew treaty would hold then I could refactor my city to take maximum advantage of that. Instead, I have to be in defense ready mode all the time. Maybe treaty breaking isn't so bad if it doesn't happen all the time. I'd rather they fixed the force quit exploit because then a broken treaty might result in medal gains instead of a guaranteed loss.

Same with me........, 12hours brake doesn`t work, sometimes even after defeat No Peace brake.

Got a reply in-game from customer support. They are aware of the bug and are working on fixing it. The usual reply that gets you nowhere and no giving back the lost medals of course. In a polite way, it's pretty much written "SUCK IT UP!"

I always get attacked 3 times before the automatic peace treaty activates...
