No Revenge or Replay Buttons

I'm not seeing a revenge or replay button for 2 out of 3 attacks. I sent a message through the app, but I haven't even received an automated response let alone one from a person. Communication needs work, Nexon.

I also don't have these buttons. Other weird thing is that when I won battle I receive 3-4 medals, but when I'm defeated or lost te battle I lost 15-20 medals. It's totally unfair. My name in game: Bogus

Update: its been 24 hours and I still havent heard from Nexon. (Nexon, do you have any idea how much good will a little attention to customers creates. Study Amazon.) Since I wrote to Nexon, I am now also occasionally not receiving a peace treaty when defeated. Since I moved to medieval Im getting attacked more frequently, so the lack of even a short peace treaty while I beef up defenses hurts.

90% of defense reports fail to offer revenge and replay since may 5 maintenance. I have also tried to email this bug report and received no automated response, and I have gotten one prior. Yet no actual person has responded to that. If this is the customer service we can expect, be prepared to loose your players.

Agreed. 36 hours and still no automated or live response.

3 days since initial report and still no automated or live response. Time to contact Google for a refund.

Me too. No buttons for all the battles I lose, only for the battles I win. Super annoying because I want to see where my defenses failed.

At Least your defense/attack tabs load, mine don't even load lol. I've been attacked like 8 times but since my defenses don't load I can't see how I can improve my base or collect those free crowns.

Vigiles replied in another thread that when the attacker and the defender are using different versions of the game there will be no replays.
