Not getting any ntgs

I took screenshots of my storage before and after raids. Ntgs show up in the attack logs but they don't get added into the storage. This is a serious problem and should've been found if updates were tested prior to release.

I am also having this issue. I just submitted a ticket to CS.

Me too. I won 5 cheese and 1 silk in an attack. Only 2 of the cheese showed up in my account balances and the silk was missing too. I have reported it to CS.

this is gonna make coalitions even harder than usual.

Same issue here, conversation with CS is ongoing. Gaining NTGs out of my inventory works fine, but I'm not getting any from multiplayer attacks.

I just opened a coalition chest from the event, and I did not receive the NTGs.

None of is are getting ntgs since the update. Bringing this to the attention of cs results in the standard answer, pls provide screenshots. Does cs not read its own forum so it would be aware of the game bugs?
