Not getting ntg in world war n multiplayer attack

I have reported in May 2019 i am not getting any ntg from any 3 to 5 star victory in world war n multiplayer attacks. Well is 8 months n close to a 1000 consecutive wins and still no ntg. Before May 2019 ntg appears in almost all such win. Is obviously a bug n nexon refuse to acknowledge and fix it but instead come up with ironside to milk the customers. Not very nice

You are not alone my friend !

I have the exact same problem, not a single Ntg in a few months.
I have upgraded the storehouse recently but it did not fix it -(

First step would be for Nexon to acknowledge that there is a problem.
Please can somebody help?
