Not getting ntg in world war n multiplayer attack

Both my cwa and atomic accounts not getting ntg for a year n more than 1000 attks of 3 to 5 stars victory in world war n mp. Nexon does not seem to want to fix it, which is easy! They can check my data files n see that the chance counter is zero! Hence whatever museum artifacts i used to increase or university research it is not going to help. I have no ntg problem with my gunpowder n medieval accts. Is really sad instead of fixing nexon comeup with ironside as a workaround. Worse u have ro pay for it. Not very nice
