Not receiving war loot

Sent in game message via Customer Service page, no response.
I did not receive loot after last war in my Command Post.
Other alliance members got theirs.
Please help.

This must be a systemic glitch. Several of us are not receiving war loot either.
Ironangel, will you please try to find out when Nexon thinks they can fix this new technical glitch? War loot is not being awarded into CP. and the collect loot button in CP has dissapeared.
Does Nexon intend to take care of its customers and compensate for lost WW loot?

Agreed as a leader I just lost 730 war loot on a war ending at 6 pm arizona time today and I'm telling you I have many who rely on this loot including myself as a means to be in my alliance in the first place. If they start losing war loot like I am I'm afraid of losing members which isn't far to me as a leader or them. I really feel you should compensate these loses to those who aren't getting war loot and fast
