Not receiving XP

For the last 2 weeks I've noticed that everytime I finished an upgrade it awards me the allocated XP but when I log back into game my XP has reverted back to where it was. I've contacted CS and they say that's it's something which is being reported by other also and that they're looking into it. I want to make sure that others are facing this issue and I'm not just being given the run around. Can forum ppl please advise if you or your alliance ppl are facing this issue. I'm current stuck at lvl 126 EA.

Well i'm not your level but since the last big update, I have been stuck at level 80. I have upgraded generals to 10, 3 troops, finished everything in the library, all gave me xp that move me to 81. I would log off and come back only to see I was right back where I started from. I also contacted CS and they told me they are looking into this matter. I figure I should be around 88 by now.
