It’s only a 90% chance of getting ntg with a 5* victory. There’s some debate if that 90% is actually correct or not but with the few university buffs to ntgs like the one for marble in devinci it says it boosts it 10% once all levels completed. This would mean 90+10=100% chance with 5*. So I’m working on finishing the devinci upgrade to test out if this works or not. Hopefully it does. Then all we need is for every ntg to be put into the university in the same manner. I think only marble, tea, and scroll chances are currently in the uni.

Yeah the percentage amounts dont work like that. If it boosts it by 10% that means 10% of the original value. You don't add 10 % to it

Yeah sometimes they do when they are the lower amounts. It does for the weapon blessing bonus in uni adds actually 1 percent every time you upgrade in uni. Tinsoldier kind of made it sound like adding the uni for ntgs would make it 100%. They are so inconsistent on the way they apply buffs from university hard to tell. I’ll be done with the marble chance upgrades in uni in a few weeks. Then I can see how it works
