oil loot cap changed?

previously max raw oil loot from oil refinery was 4k (no bonuses included no oil in oil wells)
now it's 5k
am i right about the previous cap?

The extra loot raided isn't stolen from the person being raided, as far as I know. It's just a multiplier of the total that can be normally stolen.

It's very easy to confirm by how much oil the storage blessing refunds after being attacked by a British player.

yea i always wondered if the extra loot is consumed from the defender or awarded by the game system without consuming more than the cap loot from defender

I do not think the above caps are correct, and if they are I want a refund! I am a Global age player and I have had anything between 4.5k and 5.7k stolen from me depending on how much oil I have in storage.

if the attacker has any kind of bonus loot blessing/british bonus/taj mahal, the attack log will show more than the actual stolen amount of oil
also if u have any oil in ur wells 50% of it will be added to the oil refinery cap

I haven't got round to building oil wells and my command post is always emptied. The British/ or those with the loot blessing always exceed the oil loot cap.
