I have a few players that came from CoC and now quit because the Upgrade times were so much worse per worker. Im in EA and do not want to go into IA anymore after seeing price/time on upgrades..

If they arent willing to drop time per upgrade atleast have it so where we can add workers to the process to help speed it up. 4 workers on a garrison taking 4 days, Ability to add 2 more for 3 days or 3 workers cutting it to 2 days. Id be willing to drop majority of my workers for half times and such.
