It would be a lot easier to be patient if you gave us an idea of the scale of the problem and the rate of progress in dealing with it, regularly. For example, how many villages (approximately) are know to be in a bad state? How long does it take to fix one? Ten? Twenty? I don't mind waiting (as much) if I know I'm village 151 and your currently fixing #72 and that on average you can fix 5 a day, and that eventually you *will* get to me. I do mind not having any of clue if I'm even on the list, or, for that matter, do you guys even HAVE a list. From this side, judging from the meagre and small communication that has come forth, it looks like there is no system at all. Just knee jerk responses to whatever is on top of the pile in those few moments when someone has a little bit of attention. In the absence of information, we make things up. It's what humans are good at. Unfortunately for your business, the stories we will be and are inventing are not pretty or favorable. I think that if a concerted and strong effort is not put forward to tell us what the heck is going on DomiNations as a viable game and business is done. Talk to us man!

Most of BHG's developers are still in high school so they're only working part time. Summer break should speed things up.
