Credit where credit is due. Customer Support seems to be responding a little faster recently.
However I'm sad to say that it's almost 1 month since my village got swapped. Despite several exchanges with various Customer Support agents and a handful of their attempts at fixing this, I'm still no closer to getting the issue resolved than it was when the issue first started.
