Possibility to exchange unused items

Hi everybody,

is there a plan for a building or feature that allows to exchange unused items?

i got a lot of unused blessings, trade goods but most useless wall manuals. However shipyard, victory chest, etc increase this useless stuff. It would be wonderful if Nexon would allow to exchange i.e. 1 blessing for 3 apple or 1 salt as you always need this items for world war
