Possible cheater?

I apologise if this isnt the right placce to report this.

Please look at thesse screenshots, and be amazed. FYI Mariwan the attacker is from our guild, who reported this in guild chat. The player Renega51 who is in Industrial age at lvl 194, has buildings which looks atomic age. He has 6 cannon towers, 5 redoubts, 6 oil wells, 3 sniper towers, 2 oil cointainers? and all of hi buildings are under upgrade despite having only 6 houses. all those buildings would take 300 plus workers, i suppose. Any guesses how is this possible???

He's a formerly atomic/CWA cheater who probably spent a few bucks so they rolled him back rather than banned him outright. And what you have here is a fine example of how well those half-measures work.

Or this person could be perma-banned and they just left the base in this state for others to attack. Doesn't appear they're in an alliance so good luck tracking them.
