Problem with instant retrain

The last few times I've tried to get instant retrain after a war attack the screen has just gone black and fails to load the video. When I log in again it says it can't give me a free retrain because it's still processing my request. This sometimes takes up to 45 minutes! Anyone else getting this?

Me too, but it usually only takes a few minutes, after I reload the game.
It's possible from server connection, between the game and the other party. Server in your region must be busy.

Happens to me frequently. Each time I wait several hours or a day and it does not resolve. Need to manually retain and recruit.

Since yesterday I have the same issue, doing everything on my tablet did not solve the issue. It happens when I am connected to WLAN as well as with LTE, the behaviour is the same on my iPhone and my son has the same problem. Somehow it looks like this is not a local problem on our devices or accounts…. Does anybody found a workaround for that?

Edit: I think I found the solution: force-close dominations app and reload, that's it! on ios it can be done by double clicking home button (i don't know how it works on the models without a home button) and then swiping the app out. on adroid you can do it from program manager.

Today I started to have the same problem. I tried everything, even reinstalled the game.. nothing works.. so I opened the game on the emulator and than I retrained my troops and watched videos there. It seems to be an IOS problem.
