Raid shall not be applicable to Healing and saboteur troops

It is really annoying, when the healing cart (which is a non attacking troop) tries to attack a tower or redoubt (and dies hopelessly next to it) after a raid is called on that building.

Hate it also when saboteurs/guerrillas run like crazy from the other end of the base to take care of a tower, and in the meantime they are massacred by the defending troops...

So could we have deactivated the raid for these troops?

That's crazy talk. Most people that use healing carts know not to direct rally on a building, and instead use rally to regroup troops so that the healer is more effective. If you removed healers from rally it would kill this strategy and effectively make it near impossible to 5 star bases.
