Recorded 5* attack, not registered

I have recorded and uploaded to YouTube my 1st 5* attack in war, vs a stacked clan. After attack went well with no errors, and i went back to war screen... Big surprise... Attack is not registered. I sent mail to Nexon, i have proof of the attack (video)... If we lose the war because Nexon doesn't solve this, most of my clan will quit the game. I'm still waiting for the fix. I won't accept losing 1k points due to nexon's lack of fix. I demand my 5*...its just code for you so don't bs me its not possible
