Refund confirmation timing

I went to cancel a library research and it said paraphrasing 'you will get a full refund, proceed?' I clicked yes, and only received half. I think the time limit was not reached when I first said cancel, but 2 seconds later when I said yes the time limit had been exceeded. I am now out half the resources even though it said I would get them all.

Yep, same thing happened to me a while ago. CS basically said tough luck, even though it's obviously a flaw with the game. I lost 40k oil. The game needs to automatically close the box if the hidden timer expires. When you click "accept" on a dialog box, the player expects it to actually do what it says!

It's like going up to an ATM, and clicking "accept" on a $3.00 fee, only to have a $10 fee show up instead. Why CS lets this pass without compensation is beyond me.

How does that help? I already know it was cancelled. There was no mention of the incorrect message or plans to fix it. Getting my oil back would be nice.

Exactly 1 minute sounds fishy considering computers/software usually time things in milli/micro/nano seconds depending on what you're doing. You managed to hit the button at 1:00:00000000000000000 exactly.
