Request Troops incorrect

I have a level 5 Alliance Gate - I request troops but it now only requests 8 not 18? - It was working correctly before.

Anyone else seen this? I've contacted CS but wonder if anyone has a workaround/fix?

I've had the same issue without any alliance troops in CH. How to fix : wait until you can request again, close the game, login then request again. Repeat the steps if it doesn't work first time. Sometimes it takes me twice. It is a stupid bug, others suffer it also

Sadly no - zero. I upgraded the gate to level 6 to see if it solved it - same problem. Should now be 21 but still says only 8 requested..

Sometimes this happens to me when I attack without waiting to max my allies. I have to request and rerequest several times for it to straighten out.

You're on to something here; I only use donated troops for defence, and my request was after I had been attacked but I still had some troops left.. subsequently those got lost in another attack so I requested more. Sadly it seems the Alliance I'm in is virtually comatose now so as I've had an unfulfilled request for troops open for days (!) despite me donating regularly, though I don't war. I'm going to have to find a new one..
