Give the Romans a load of extra troops, then make their infantry tough as nails.

Toss in an an armor blessing and that spam makes high level walls and structures irrelevant.

Fun!

You can raid them back any time. Their strong troops and mass armies don't apply when they are under attacked.

True firedancer, but their nation's ability makes them the obvious choice for most people. Almost everyone is Romans, and Nexon has to balance the nations better. They don't need to change or nerf the Romans ability the just need to make the other nations ability better. Don't you think the idea of choosing a nation and overall game-play would make this experience more fun? Also making the nations balanced will actually make players think and choose based on their own style of game-play instead of only picking Romans cause they're the best/reasonable choice.

It will matter alot if this a RTS game on PC but on a mobile platform, it doesn't really matter. Because if you don't get raided by them, you will also get raided by people who may have the same nation as you. And the thing about "A lot of people choosing a specific 'enter nation name here'", there will always be a popular nation in the ladder. If the developers did something and let's say everyone chooses that new nation, then someone will then complain "everyone is choosing that new nation" now. When will this end?

The thing to ask is, does it really matter that other people choose Romans? Does it affect you in growing your nation? If you feel that Romans have an advantage somehow, go ahead and switch over to it. What's stopping anyone from doing that? I have not chose Romans from the start and don't see myself choosing it later as well. I'm happy with my current nation. I let people flatten me 100% all the time and that's not because they are Romans.

This makes sense but I also agree with Rahdiculous. If the Devs were to actually ask us FIRST rather then they go and balance the Barons with their own ideas of how it should be, then all of our creative ideas can come together and we would be able to choose reasonable balances for all nations. Of course, not everyone will agree, some people will have horrible ideas, but if the majority agrees with certain balances posted then it's worth a shot.

I don't think the Romans are superior.
I beat them consistently , whether attacking or defending.
