scouted nightmare

its getting really anoing now. as soon as log in it always says you are being scouted and it stays like that for atleast 5-10 minutes I keep on retrying but it does me no good. Its really pissing me off

Agreed. It's terrible. I find myself locked off so often for long stretches of time that I'm thrilled when someone beats me and I get the peace treaty.
