Sad to hear that cheater is not banned.
At least drop all the cheater base 2 ages and remove all the wall if you realy still want them to play and permanently banned if they cheating again.
That so unfair if you only temporary banning the cheater but the base that they had from cheating still stand.

Reported 2 more to Ironangel. One had multiple assests 2x collseums castles and barracks. Another was totally invulnerable to any damage. Screenies.
