rising_meatball, yes I do think they're meaningful. I run oil blessing 24/7, and as a result I have a missile silo, maxed factory, airstrip, and an army of heavy tanks. In terms of blessings, it ties training blessing for best bang for the buck. Both training and animal blessings also do appear at the dock and at Marco Polo from time to time, although I don't find animal blessing as useful as you do (except the occasional hunting event).
