While it takes weeks and hundreds of CS reports from multiple players for a cheater to be banned, this player's six year old son was banned. The dad, who also has an account, has been asking Nexon/BHG to further investigate and reconsider. Common guys, please do your work and conduct a further review and verify your findings, will you? This player is not cheating. And certainly his six year old is not cheating. Give him back his base please.

One of the terms and conditions for playing the game is to be 18+ though. They are only enforcing this.

Though the question should really be .... which member of the alliance reported this violation of the rules.

I've heard of a few accts who do not appear to be hacking being banned in the past week. While other obvious lvl 198 hackers w/ multiple stacked anti-tank guns and unbreakable walls remain active. Something is obviously wrong w/ Nexon's hacker screening.

Nexon please review what you are doing. You are driving away legitimate customers right now

You are so right. Why are legitimate players being banned, while level 198 cheaters with maxed walks and stacked buildings thrive?

Ha! Ha! Who knows what the Nexon standards are. They need to hire more competent technical people.

Hi Martin, the dad plays his own baee, and manages and supervises the kid's account. He opened a separate base for his son so his own base wouldn't be impacted.

I agree, why do we have to keep finding level 198 players, which should be banned on the spot and get legitimate players banned for what our "Honorable" CS department considers suspicious activities?
C'mon CS do your work, but do it right!

Dude ... its Martine

Its not that difficult to spell.

I don't have a problem with children playing the game. Even had a father son combo once. Just prefer them not to try to be in my alliance. Cramps my adult conversations.

Accused of crown hacking. The father has offered copies of all receipts, but Nexon no longer responding.

Nexon how about you start banning some of the obvious cheaters all over the leader boards including those Lvl 198 cheaters and leave the six year old kids alone.

What a bunch of boneheads....

Really frustrating. Especially how Nexon treats this. Instead of presenting evidence of possible cheating they just tell you to back off. You don't even have a clue why you got banned because you can't view the evidence. Sounds like bad business practice.

Would be terrible if our justice system would work like that. Throw you into prison without presenting evidence in a trial.

Please dont get me wrong in this, but if crown hacking is the reason, then they must have an evidence. The number of crowns invested in-game and available on the in-game crown balance must match the number of crowns bought and gained in-game. This is too easy to check and follow. How can NEXON not get their numbers right?

I am happy to report that Nexon did review this case and realized they made a mistake and restored the base.

This game.... At its worst has cartoon violence. Kids see lasers and stuff fire and actual firearms are no different. No bloodshed or any of that. It's almost like Clash's rating. It just looks more realistic. Banning a child is "unconstitutional" per se.

...uh... At least there's no blood, gore, horrible screaming, suggestive content, drugs, dismembered limbs, alcohol or crime.
