After playing almost hundred wars in the game I identified following issues which are hurting WW experience:
1. Sandbagging
2. Crashes
3. Stalemates
I think the most players will agree with me.
Please, consider following simple solution which remove all the issues at once:
-> Allow players to attack as many times as they wish during war day, but count only the last attack (or the best attack alternatively). In other words: Do not allow one player to score against more than one opposing player.
This change would make sandbagging completely useless, as the weak players must also contribute to final score. This change also makes crashes and other technical problems much less issue, since the player can attack again and again. This change might also reduce stalemates, since careful planning is required, because all players must contribute to final score - they need to select proper target (failure is less likely to be addressed by a stronger teammate, and also there are resources, powers and time constraints, which could prevent a desperate additional attack).
