fury bonus, and other attack bonuses like weapons-blessing, should be displayed on the attacking user interface so you know what you're working with.
as it is ... you have to remember your 'blessing state' ... which is actually pretty hard given you likely play several attacks in a row.
the newish pre-battle staging is good, but after doing it 100 times it's still a memory exercise. :)

I am not convinced when having fury bonus that it actually gives you the 15% damage boost. Example- using weapon or armor blessing you will see this reflected in troops stats. This being said when I complete an attack and fury bonus was “active” I do not see a change in troops damage stats when reviewing them post attack. I see fury bonus and blessing listed along with troops and when clicking on the troop post attack it still displays same stats under damage thus fury bonus not truly effecting damage stats whatsoever.

Why would weapon and armor blessings be reflected post attack yet fury not be?? Unless it is reflected in the troops individual stats at the end of the attack I am inclined to believe it doesn’t effect them during the battle. I sense no detectable true damage increase when fury is listed or not. Those who do it may be more psychological than anything else. They wouldn’t code the fury into the game differently from, for example armor or weapon blessings...following logic if not reflected in troops damage stats post attack then it is NOT giving the stated damage boost.

There just is no logical exaplanation that they would code the fury bonus differently from something such as a blessing. Go to the envelope where you can review defense and attacks made and then click on any troop where you also see that fury bonus was “active” and you will see no increase in damage stats whereas you will see the stats boosted by also using armor and weapon blessings.

SerialSlayer The difference in damage is not fictional. Set up a personal challenge, or, if you're afraid challenges are bugged (even though they aren't in that regard), you can also test it in MP. Simply set a howitzer near a wonder that's on the edge of the map (there are always these). Once without fury, once with fury, also the 2 players you attack need to be of the same age (that way every wonder has the same hp, hp of wonders is dependent on age). Also prefereble to attack below Atomic, they might have that library research that boosts wonders hp.
You'll see for yourself, fury attack will visibly result in your howitzer doing more damage than without fury.

As for the way they set it up, who knows. All we know is that axes appear above all affected units once they are deployed to battle (and it's really everything, regular troops, mercs, planes, etc.) and they do more damage.
