spinning wheel after 4.1

An update from CS would be nice. Mine still won't load on android or ios.

There was a workaround that ironangel gave last time this happened - to take out the sd card before loading the update. I uninstalled on my android phone, unseated the sd card and reinstalled the game. This gave me access to the village I started last time on different google account. BUT when I logged into the regular account it once again wouldn't load so had to go through the process again.

New month, new data, and non-wifi speed is up again, and things work as they should. I can again start the game on non-wifi and not have the spinning wheel of death instantly
For me it is definately a network speed issue when starting the game.

For me the game only works on wifi and not on mobile. How on earth is this possible??? I thought this was supposed to be a mobile game. Please fix this.

I get the circle of death aka spinning wheel by just logging in and looking at my base. What the hell is going on with their servers? Seraphine Please tell the devs to fix and upgrade their servers. Most of us can't even play the games. And yet you guys keep pushing out new events.

try using VPN that worked for me, but don't opt in wars cuz it won't record ur attacks while using VPN

I'm having the same problem. I tried re-installing the game - and it worked fine at Dawn Age, but once I tried to load up my Enlightenment age profile, I get about halfway through the load screen and it crashes me back out - I have managed to contact CS via e-mail, and got a lot of pre-recorded replies, the last one being that Nexon are very busy.

Seems the situation is better for me today, i can play with mobile data connection. But we still have 5 members cannot load the game including our leader and one co-leader. Look like it's separate issue.
