Suggest BHL to put a notice when Server Under Maintenance

Dear Dominations!

Would it be possible if you are trying to do something or server clean, and appreciate if you put up a notice that "Server Maintenance at 00.00 GMT 00 or until 00.00 GMT" or during the game play, to pop up a message when we at base that notifying us " Server Maintenance in 59 minutes "

That would be a great pleasure if we know what happen next and we are able to plan with the golds and foods or do something else and not purposely waste our battery to check of the game is up or down
