The training time of the tactic are to long and members are logging off , if the times were shortened then members would attack more and stay on longer. Right now it takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours to train.

There's a blessing for that. Or alternatively, learn to raid without them. If that doesn't work, then go ahead and log off so the rest of us can attack you. ;-)

What age are you playing? In enlightenment age you can get the training blessing that would reduce the training time by 77% for 1 hour and if you are French nation you can train all of your loss troops in less than 6 mins give and take a few. You can also by the blessing when they bundles them. I usually don't want to buy anything but my second account in gunpowder age having a few training blessing sure help.
