Give me a break! You've switched the Protect capacity from 2 to 1, but after the rebalance of the rebalance of the 100th rebalance, I have to keep 4 of them in order to match the pre-rebalance duration in battle! And the best part of it is that they call it a boost for attacking!!! Please tell us whose insane ideas are all these?

a catchup is when you can do 3 levels of upgrade in 1 upgrade That is catching up.

The worst thing is and I bet you a zillion crowns they didn't think about that because they don't understand the game at BHG. If you had a real good planned, balanced base well that's a pity because you can start again from scratch. Good luck to you all who face the same the dillemma. All War Tactics now only take up one Tactics Space!

Am l missing something? Didn't the Balance Changes update reduce all tactics to one space?
So why is there an event to reduce war tactics to one space?
Did the update only apply to mp tactics?

The most irritating part about the newest update is what seems like a slap in the face for anyone who tried to adapt to the last rebalances, u upgraded protect rushed it through so u could survive and compete just to see that it’s now a waste of time and crowns, the upkeep of the alliance leader board is great. Troops being on sale does not take away the ten plus days to upgrade it and if it needs 4 upgrades to get it up to your age level the more damned you are, and with recent experience you start to ask y bother.

It's stupid, it reduces the cost of protection from 2 to 1 but reduce the duration from 4 to 1, I prefer it to continue as before, occupying 2 spaces. Now I feel that research at the university to improve protection has gone to the trash.


Above they have the audacity to say that it is to correct the rebalancing and improve the offensive.

You may as well just neglect most uni research now. You spend days researching stuff only to see the effects weakened. Who is sitting there making these insane decisions?

The only people complaining here are people who used the insane 50s protect tactic to begin with. This includes only Heavy Tank armies. The reduction to duration is compensated by the fact that you can now split your protect among two different groups that you drop... which is an advantage to armies. You just need to delay your usage of the protect on your HT army until later into the battle imo. Also the defending HT will not shred your OP Mk7 HT army now... Stop complaining or BGH will stop trying to correct their mistakes.

As an avid APC / Ranged Infantry user I for one appreciate the sabatoge buff. That army composition was all but useless on any base lower than lv180. Now I have a fighting chance by using sab on redoubts/mortars and the deadly silo that HT armies just shrug off.

You are correct that the balance change made all Tactics one space. It's reiterated here to highlight the discount on upgrades.
