Do the "Special" Tactics use up a space in your Tactics Inventory?
Strength of the Gladiator, Blitzkrieg, Terra Cotta Army and Satellites are granted by Wonders.
Big Red Button, SCUD Missiles are given by buildings and Teutonic Fury is uniquely German.
Do any/all of those cost a spot against one's Tactics limit?
Or, could one, under ideal circumstances have Teutonic Fury, Strength of the Gladiator (or Terra Cotta Army), Blitzkrieg, Satellites, SCUD Missiles, the Big Red Button AND their usual 7 (max at my level) Tactics???
