The friends system searching doesn't work

I guys i'm french , please appologize for my bad English but a need your help , I play with my wife and my brother but i can't find him. that's always searching. i' don't have Facebook and i don't whant to use that..
can you tell me if it's normal for the France or if i need to configure something

Currently, the best way to search your friends is by connecting Facebook to your game. Otherwise, you may be able locate them in an Alliance they are part of.

Really hope to have the friends search configured in the next update! I have a number if friends who do not use facebook. I think that currently if you don't use facebook, you are really limited in connecting with people in the game. Great work devs! Rock on!
