There are still player's who can't edit bases why is this still a problem?

Nexon,

we still have player's in our alliance that cannot edit there bases,especially there war base.this problem was briefly corrected.However when the friendly challenge returned so did the issues.Our teammate has contacted customer service numerous times with the same cookie cutter response saying the issue is with the player and not the game itself. Nexon you need to check your CS reps and engineers, and if they can't or won't make the effort to resolve the issues with your customers,maybe it's time to replace them with employees who strive to provide excellent customer service the game will last longer if you do!

That's interesting, I have the same problem and they apologized and said they are still trying to fix the issue due to the game, but don't know when it will be resolved.

There are a small number of players who are crashing when trying to open their base editor. The team is working on a fix.

I'm one of those players having the same issue as well and unable to edit my war base for the past 7 months and every time it's the same response that they are working on it. Does it really take 7 months and probably longer until I quit and then they still probably haven't fixed this problem. My faith in Nexon is dwindling everyday.

I also have the problem of game crashing when I open the base editor. I found a little trick to avoid this. It is to relaunch the game and to click on the base editor icon within the first seconds, if you wait too long the game crashes again.

Yea my problem is a little different it seems. I can open up the base editor just fine and edit my town base. The only problem is when I click on the war base tab or the edit icon on the world war map to edit my base that the app crashes on both my iphone and ipad which leads me to believe it's account based and not device. Something is causing the issue with my war bases
