How the heck do some people have 2 town centers? I found this one person while I was looking for a base to raid. Seriously, as if one town center isn't enough?

its a wonder, you can unlock it when you reach classical age.
the name of that wonder is forbidden city.

That is not a wonder. The building on the left is a Greek TC from the Iron Age, and the building on the right is a Greek TC from the Medieval Age. You obviously have no idea what the Forbidden City looks like, so here's a picture:

I think it's a visual bug, he doesn't have 2 town centers anymore now.

Well check this one out! Not only does he have 2 Town Centers, he also has 2 Forbidden Cities! I've run into several guys like this! There should be an easy software fix for this cheat, and guys caught using it should have their accounts deleted!
