The troop A.I. is really messed up. Frequently, they would cluster together to break walls and enter into the base but then they will walk a short distance and break the walls again to attack the buildings outside the base. After completing that, they will again break more walls to enter the base. This causes a lot of time wastage and casualties.

I hope they can fix the A.I. that once a wall has been breached, the troops should just attack whatever that's inside the wall.

Have you also noticed that the top priority for raiders are houses, because obviously that's where the bulk of the loot is. Then they'll move on to farms and caravans and if they are still alive, they'll eventually move on to mills and markets, in that order.

I think so. I hardly use Raiders for main attacks. I keep 3 or so just to sweep up those piles of gold if my troops can't get em.

Houses do seem to have a priority to raiders I wouldn't have chosen personally, being their Commander in Chief - good job they all die or I'd have them all court marshalled.

Raider AI seems to go for the resources that are closest, irrespective of walls in the way, cannon towers or resource value. I've done my 30 second recce and can plainly see the gold is in the markets not in caravan droppings, but do they obey? No they chase round and round a base after 1 gold in dropped bags. Or when the gold is in the bags, they hack a L13 wall to get at an empty market.

Steve McQueen from the Great Escape these moto riders ain't.

I had raiders attack troops while ignoring my rally to the market right next to them, so I sent in some troops to sort this out and they marched passed the ongoing battle to address the unmanned market.

Obviously they all died a rather pathetic death while I barely made enough loot to pay for b*ggers' lives!

You just can't get good help.
