Univ/Wall/Road XP

CWA has a ridiculous level requirement, rendering it inaccessible to even very active players who simply haven’t been playing since the start. As it stands, walls don’t give XP, and egregiously, neither does the university. Roads are negligible after the IA upgrade, which makes little sense given the drastic level requirement for CWA. Improving XP yield from roads would be a good start.

I was thinking this would be a nice alliance perk, not just to roads but a 10-20% boost to all XP would help alliance members get to CWA faster.

Yah but in that case probably not much would change. Most likely the same people who were at 230 would be at the required level and the ineligible ones at 230 would still be complaining and the world would go on, albeit at higher levels.
