University level 6 upgrades are mortifying

To increase Mk5 hitpoints, I need

- 7 people - 5k oil - 5 days - Lvl1
- 7 people - 10k oil - 6 days - Lvl2
- 7 people - 15k oil - 7 days - Lvl3, and so on

Oil cost is fine, citizens required is high but tolerable.

14 days for the last 3%, that is unacceptable. Just finishing mk5 health will take me 95 days = (3 months and then some)

Was this really thought through?

Apparently yes, these are supposed to be like prestige upgrades for MMOs for maxed out players to have something to sink their citizens into.

That being said one of the leaders really should reduce oil cost and time like Hiawatha and Mansa Musa do for food and gold. Maybe the new one (Wu Zetan sp?) Will do that somehow.

I don't have a problem with the days of upgrades (well I do but I pick my battles). As Cryos said, these are prestige upgrades, If you've made it this far you're doing ok.
I think we would have a better chance at getting Nexon to unlock a 2nd slot per leader than reducing times. Not much better, but slim is better than none.

Hey Beast, Is that the Leonardo Da Vinci level 5 research that buffs all Heavy Tanks?
For my Mk6's, the +30% max research would push their hp to around 48k, and their dps vs cavalry to 5.1k.
Seems fair for Nexon to make that hard to achieve, no? But still darn worth it...!!

Cryos, yeah be interestin to see what the new Chinese Leader brings when she comes. An oil cost reduction would be (very) welcome.

Mani, that's actually a good prediction. Would be on form for Nexon to sell us a 2nd uni slot for crowns. It would give pay2win players a x2 advantage on uni research, which is pretty powerful. But otherwise it sounds reasonable and would be easy to implement...

(But wait! would that be 200% value? or 200% more? my head hurts, lol. Heck, just pay the crowns and shush, man!)
