Agree, sending to CS seems to do very little other than further frustrate players. But, would encourage everyone to keep contacting them every single time it happens, it may be the only way to force action.

Hi, just keeping this conversation going. I think we had about 5 attacks in our last war get hit by it. Continues to be the #1 problem for our team. Can we get an official update?

yup .. all week I have been hearing about how my wifi sucks and I should contact my service provider .. I play through two or three training blessings just fine some days. I know my wifi connection is strong. what I don't have is access to my defense and attack replays. I did everything they suggested to fix the issue but nothing has been solved .. they refuse to admit the problem is on their end. so they keep telling me to do the same troubleshooting that I have done for days ...

Completely agree with JAG, its high time that this connection must be taken care of. In reality more than opponents base or my strategy i pray in sequential order - after hitting attack button game should not crash, secondly pray to avoid yellow circle, lastly after completing 5* victory i take screenshot as in evidence.

Come on nexon let us enjoy this game and stop blaming us for internet connection

Agree with this as well. Our entire alliance is getting the "Network Connection Error" right now. I find it hard to believe that it's each one of our individual connections. Especially, since I'm able to make this post.

Half my alliance is locked out right now, it seems. War just started about 2 minutes ago. I have two accounts, one gets network error, the other one connects fine. Same wifi connection. That means it's NOT my connection, it's YOUR servers, Nexon.

I am furious with this!!!!! Sort your damn game out or be prepared to have loyal players leave! Another 39 medals gone, all troops lost and can't even get back in. It's been over 30 mins and still locked out. I can't take this anymore. What is the point when the developers won't fix this broken game and BLAME the players for their OWN mistakes. I'm down to 2555 medals and it's all because of the server connection problems. My network is perfectly fine. I play Clash of Clans and NEVER have these problems.

STOP BLAMING US, NEXON. IT IS YOUR FAULT!!!!!!!

If this problem rest solely on nexon, as a lot of you seem to believe, I wonder why there is such a discrepancy when it comes to individual's crashing. My game will crash once a week or so, which is about average for any app I run on my phone. And since the last update I've never crashed during a war attack. I'm not doing anything special, sometimes I'll forget to close other apps while I'm running dominations, or I'll reject a phone call and still be able to pop right back into an attack, it has no effect on the stability. Maybe your syn members are making bad attacks and are blaming it on the game crashing. It's either that or an issue on the user side, it makes no sense why the game would be bumping some users but not others

My medals have dropped from 2700 to 2600...and I always lost my whole army due to game crash but when i check my attack log and war replay I have definitely achieved 100% destruction so no progress is saved even with the new update!

I'm sure it is a combination of many things but there is a huge instability on Nexons side. while some folks might indeed do a bad attack and claim crash, I highly doubt that is large percentage of the cases. you don't know me and could never testify that I am an honest person but I know that I have spoken with customer service after a crash and been told to contact my service provider about the connection on my end .. meanwhile I am able to stream a movie on my laptop and play other games on my ipad shortly after closing Dominations.

consider yourself lucky that you have not had the displeasure of crashing as often as myself or some other members of the community. It is not an enjoyable experience and it frustrates us to no end.

My working theory is that it is geography based(depending on which server you are connecting through) Most in the US seem the be effected minimally, but our international players are getting decimated almost 50% of their attacks

I've heard turning on airplane mode, and then manually switching on wifi helps a lot of people. I've been marginally effected so hard me to tell myself. Give it a try, although no promises and doesn't fix 100%

And I know today was and exception and this wouldn't have helped.. Sorry everyone, this sucks

In our current war the last 6 attacks have been crashes. I know 3 of our guys crashed and I'm assuming the 3 losses on their end were crashes too. We have halted all attacks until the server becomes stable again. Hopefully it will happen before the war ends tomorrow. Everything was going well until about 3 hours ago when all hell broke loose.
