Upgrading walls with oil

I pretty often have full oil and food/gold ends up being the only thing I can spend when raiding. I think past say, lvl 15 or so, oil should be able to be used for upgrading walls. Even if it was pretty expensive at least it would give people something to spend excess oil on.

Yeah we've been asking this for years. At least we have troops like Generals, assuming yours still need upgrading.
