I played this game since beta release.I am not a gamer but i tried looking for a game because my gf is playing COC and I didnt liked it. I love the graphics of this game and it served as my de-stress. I even recruited my brother and my cousin to play this game but unfortunately they gave up earlier than me because of the bugs of this game.

I started having problems since april 7 for not getting proper treaty for the whole month of april. Ive lost 300 medals that i farmed since medieval age BHG declined to give back the medals that Ive lost for the reason they dont have tools to check on how the treaty keeps on breaking. I let it go and tried getting it back again until I got hacked multiple times.

I even requested BHG to check my whole team to make sure everyone is legit. Others did not agree and joined other teams but I dont care even my alliance score drops.

Ive waited for this INDUSTRIAL AGE release and hoped that I will be able to see they clean up the leaderboard but It was a total disappointment. What frustrates me more is seeing my legit players give up playing. I cant blame them since we spent real money and played long hours to level up our games. But now Ive lost all the patience I have.Ive lost the faith that they can still eliminate the rampant cheats and hacks.Id rather give up playing and play another game that is stress free.

It's sad to see you go. It looks like the more money&time you invest, the more stress you get in the end. Playing casually, being low on medals, growing animals may be... This is what's left for majority of players. With IA release they ask fair players for thousands of dollars or months of upgrading time and immediately showing them max bases noone trusts are legit. BHG and Nexon can't cultivate and grow this game effectively. Eventually most of the players left are casual players or cheaters/hackers. There will not be a competitive community.

Brutal, compelte desolution of what was the #3 alliance at one point. #1 and 2, usa elite and top dominators also lost about 10 players combined. Im assuming the players who got fed up where for sure honest non cheaters. The same scenario is playing out across all the alliances. Bhg has no idea how game crushing the cheater issue is. All i see is non stop maxed out industrial walls. Theres no way this game has that many players willing to spend $33k to upgrade day one

They could not make a good release players would truly love even from the second time. Even after 1,5 month from previous failure. So now they need Elizabeth-'what's-your-hourly-rate' to say a good word about it. Amazing. If devs say they're a start up, they should act like a startup and being open with community at least.
