village is gone

My village and all its upgrades have basically gone, money goney, extra men bought with money has gone, and level has gone from 60 to 37. Feeling a little sick with all the effort and real money I've put into this game. Please help me.

About an hour ago, it waa fine like 20 mins before that, logged back on and it had totally changed

it means that developer didn't fix this problem... and every day number of affected players becomes bigger and bigger... sadly to hear it.. they are going to manually fix every affected account and I think it will take a lot of days.. may be weeks...

I'm waiting for feedback from them two weeks. Hi Nexon any comments on it?

I'm disappointed to hear that this is still happening. What happened to you is the same thing that happened to me several weeks ago. They claim to have a fix and are manually resetting the accounts (see sticky post in this forum), but it sounds like they didn't fix the core of the issue. I'm sure they don't want this to be happening either, but it is really frustrating for those of us who really enjoyed and played this game a lot. I'm waiting for the fix to be implemented to see what they do to compensate us. I usually don't whine about compensation, but these lost villages are a pretty extreme bug.

I know! I've been spending real money as well, there's no point me continuing with the useless village that I have now if there's a chance that they'll fix it. Pretty gutted to be honest.

i lost my village as well.Level 55 to 35, 50 bucks and 2 months of hardcore raiding down the drain. Why are they not responding? how hard is it to just acknowledge: "Sorry, we are working on it". Takes literally 2 seconds!! Are they purposefully trying to enrage their customer base and lose money? There is no other explanation. Is there a management there that actually cares about the company?

Yeah I've spent about the equivalent of $50 in £££'s, I also left them a message in the customer service section of the game leaving them my email address, but no response there either as of yet. My town centre is still there upgrading with 2 days left before enlightenment age, yet the rest of my village looks like it belongs to someone who's only been playing a couple of days.

My Village dowgraded from a level 54 to 25. Already opened an in game ticket 2 days ago and nothing. What can I do now?

Give it some time for their slow response... The developers of this game are only at Enlightenment Age where digital tickets and emails were not yet invented. Your ticket is probably on a mail-man riding a horse to their HQ.

alternatively if you live far away they might have sent a pigeon to you. these can take between 10 and 100 days to reach you.

I am disgusted my base has also been downgraded and a lot of my progress has been undone. I am highly irritated and want some type of compensation immediately

Yeah, I complained via the customer support section in the game. Took about a week to fix though. Gave me 1000 crowns as compensation as well which softened the blow.

it has been 6 weeks since it happened to me was level 38 medieval than gotten a crappy low level 20 base, and no one responded at all after about 2 weeks I just started playing again with the crappy low level base I have received and upgraded it and I am now at level 63 with that base, but just got one problem my 2nd Wonder totally dissapeared don't have a 2nd wonder at all

dont even have the option to build 2nd wonder
