War Coalitions Love Hate relationship

I think one of the better updates this year was the war coalitions. I just wish they were more fashioned after the mercs and blessings. I upgraded them once and instantly regretted it as I find rather than spending my play time looting for upgrades my time is more often madly attacking specific nations for war coalition goods. I would rather my team remain focused on upgrading their bases than getting war coalitions. My coalitions are level 1 and 2 only and simply feel the time it would take to get lvl 6 war coalitions activated encourages an unhealthy amount of game play especially because we like to war back to back.

I think they could create a blessing that increases the chance and amount of NTGs.
