War crash and score error

This 4.0 update really made war worse for me and some of my alliance members. I never crash in war before, but after this update, I had my first one. After 30 seconds of war, the game restarted. I lost all my troops, generals, mercs, and tactics. Even the tactics that weren't used. You need to fix the stability asap.

Secondly, some of my allies and opponent are getting wrong war score. Some got 5 Stars and 100% and took a screenshot, but on war map, it's showing 4 stars and 98%. Where as my opponent has 98% but got 5 stars. This is major war error that needs fixing. We started the war before the update, but the attack day is after the update.

Also, want to add that the Korean characters in the battle logs are all distorted. On the war map, it's showing fine.

I just five starred a base in a war, I get the tally screen it shows total domination and hangs. Now the war map shows only 4 stars and 94%. Then the game crashes, I get a message that says network error but my network is fine for everything else no problems. While I am glad it didn't crash completely, I am not happy about losing that star. This war started after the update.

have the same error as above, and so has many of my teammates.
I attacked in war and made 66% and made 2 stars.
went to the chat , after a little while the game reloads (normally never crash or has reload screen)
now the score screen state 42% and one star.

concerning the 5 stars being 4 stars with 98% i guess it means u got disconnected at the last few seconds in battle and the new system saved ur progress at this point, previously when that happened to me i totally lost the attack, u got to be thankful

An ally just scored three stars and saw the tally increase by three - but then it reverted and now shows he has not made an attack?!

Another got four stars and then the dreaded "yellow circle" appeared and he got zero stars. Some very unhappy players.

Just attacked in war. Got 5 stars in attack. Back to war map it only shows 2 stars and only 25% damage. Then game restarts due to no network connection. Same thing happened to me last war as well. Network works fine. Now issues there. This issue needs to be fixed!

In our current war we have several incidents of wrong world war score... Several members report that the score shown on the map, in the log and what they actually got is different...
So far at least 4 members have reported this in the current war... This makes it impossible to plan the second round of attacks... Should you ask your team member to attack a person who you know you got 5 stars on, but shows 0? Or should you go for the guy you got 2 stars on and hope for a better score to improve the over all score?

This bug is totally ruining the world wars..

Also, Chinese characters is not shown correctly in the log...

This is not good!

Just attacked in world war and it crashes, exactly when I used first rally command, was that coincidentally or a tech bug? Am pretty pissed to be honest

This is getting very serious for my alliance.
We have already got several cases of this kind of errors
One of my teammates crushed the enemy base with 4 star result but at the end he got 0 star and 3% in a recent world war
And today i have 1 attack crashed just after I tabbed "Attack", and in another attack i get a 5 star result but when i go back to check the result it show 0 star and 5%
So the bugs made me look like a bad player for getting 0 star in the world war, wow!

Seriously please look into the issue and fix it asap.

Our Alliance members did 8 attacks in our newest WW. 4 records shown, one with incorrect stars and destruction rate and 4 not shown at all, while two being 5 stars and 2 crashes due to disconnect during the attack. Anyone from mods here to address this issue, or shall we just continue posting useless posts to CS, which answers just with the standard response of making sure the Internet connection is stable?

Many of my alliance members had the same issue where they can't attack towards the end of war. Good thing we already got the win secure so it didn't cost us the war.

Same here, and it had obviously happened to our opponent too because they were quiet for a long time.

I mean is anyone from the mods reading this? We need at least a reply: "We are looking at it folks, please be patient" , or anything. But as it is now, one might think, no one is taking care.... Seriously: Worl War is currently unplayable! The most significant feature of the game, which makes the difference conpared to other similar games is causing a massive outrage of the players and there is NO ANSWER or any reaction from the developer on the OFFICIAL FORUM?

Well, I have seen someone got 157% but only 3 stars.
The world war system is becoming a joke.
In the previous version the World war is not as problematic as the current version.

In my latest 6 attempts of world war
3 app crashes and 2 recorded as 0 star when I actually get 5 star results.
Oh yeah, I bet the admin will blame my device too old for this game.

The spinning wheel of death has struck again. Twice in our last war and now this war. When you see 0 stars and 0% from one of your constantly reliable players you know he was robbed.

There's a big difference between doing your best and not winning a war and having a program or whatever the thingy is affecting the end result.
