War crash and score error

This 4.0 update really made war worse for me and some of my alliance members. I never crash in war before, but after this update, I had my first one. After 30 seconds of war, the game restarted. I lost all my troops, generals, mercs, and tactics. Even the tactics that weren't used. You need to fix the stability asap.

Secondly, some of my allies and opponent are getting wrong war score. Some got 5 Stars and 100% and took a screenshot, but on war map, it's showing 4 stars and 98%. Where as my opponent has 98% but got 5 stars. This is major war error that needs fixing. We started the war before the update, but the attack day is after the update.

Also, want to add that the Korean characters in the battle logs are all distorted. On the war map, it's showing fine.

This is my 3rd war in a row that I have lost stars due to this server issue, again usual useless response from customer service.
They need to accept the issue is with their servers and sort it out or they will lose loyal customers.

Just to add, I use an iPad Air with over 6gb spare and use a broadband connection, so it definitely nothing to do with minimum specs

Agree, its beyond crazy now. Keeping this thread front and center, as its happening yet again today with our current war. Network crashes, reduced stars, and frustrated players.

So will this problem ever be fixed? A month has past already and still nothing changed.
This is happening to some of our alliance members for EVERY world war. It is really very very annoying.
If there are so many people getting this kind of error, you could not blame that it is the player's side fault. It must be Nexon's side fault!

Please at least let us know what is going on. We don't even know if you guys are investigating or not.

Going through same issue now at 26 members! Its a struggle for the uk super greens. No new members and ppl wanting to leave or leaving due to crash war attacks

i agree that the problem is frustrating, but stop sending steve into other alliances to pitch your own. have some class.

The game keeps crashing today and to make things worse, I wasn't given credit for a 5 star victory in war. The 5 stars was present earlier, but now it has vanished and there is no record of me even attacking. Not good.

This is getting beyond a joke now.

Last 3 wars this bug has appeared twice. For me the bug appeared when pressing the attack button and before the next screen appeared. So out of the last 6 world war attacks I have not been able to use 2....thats 1/3 not being used...

Just not good enough nexon..

After a few weeks of not having this issue, its right back again, we got crushed by it last war. The battle refactor changes that allow 2 minutes to send final results helped in exactly 0% of the cases we had. Nexon what did you do, please fix it again and dont wait months. I dont think people will have the patience to go through all this again.

Well... i'm somewhat new to game... and feels sorry to see here that this problem (at least from the date of the post OP) is kinda old

I'm never been in war before and then just joined an alliance to see how it does work...
In the first time... on my very first attack i get frustrated on the game simply closed without explanation or pop-ups; just after i had clicked the button to attack the enemies war base (on the screens that shows your troops and etc) ; the game just closed and i had lost everything even the stronghold troops that has never been used before...
The app scored me for having made an attack but no oponents was attacked even with me losing the entire army that was prepared for...
The second attack went normal and i had scored normally my attack without noticing nothing strange...

Some guys on the alliance had told they had passed for the same strange issue...

On the second war my alliance wents... on the 1st attack attempt i unexpectly got a crash (same as 1st war) but on the battlefield, achieving a merely 27% n no stars by the moment before the crash i had just achieved 2 stars (town center + quick victory) and then the game scored 27% with no stars
On the second attack attempt the game just crashed (battlefield) after i popped out my allied reinforcement and i had lost the entire army and could not perform any star score on the two of the attempts...

Sorry about the english, i'm not so fluent. But the way it goes i'll dont feel confident to participate in any other war until this got fixed (just scared how old is this), the support team has ready answered my issue, with excuses and the told that de issue has already a development solution and will be available soon in next update...

I like this game, so i really want to believe the devs support message and hopes it will be fixed soon (?)
The game just don't have the same fun after i've discovered the "wars"
