War glory no awarded

has anyone else seen this, win a war for 200 glory yesterday and no glory added to our total, I have asked CS to check it out, and the reply said it is with the development team to investigate

We had it some time back and got nowhere with CS.. it was for less than 100 so let it go

Still waiting, when we win glory we want it awarded, we take war seriously sometimes lol, why use our resources for nothing or what is the point of all this, CS have been contacted 3 times and this is the reply
