War matchmaking and supply event not working

we have tried WW matchmaking for 3hrs now. We have tried 40vs40 and 35vs35.
we have added High levels and removed low level. We have added low levels and removed High levels - but still no match after 3 hrs


supply drop
i have logged on almost every hr the last 16hrs. Not a single drop....
also go to map,edit and pick up,all just in case the drop is "hidden" but nothing...

Same here. No Supply drops whatsoever.

i regularly go to map edit, pick up all and then look through the tray - but no drops

If you're not getting Supply Drops on your base, triple check that you don't have an Oil Seep hiding somewhere on your map. Oil Seeps will prevent Supply Drops from appearing until you clear them, so clear up oil and get those Supply Drops!
