seen this in Normal game, but a First in Wars... Hack or Glitch ???

The best course of action in the short term is to notifify your Alliance members when you notify Customer Service. It's entirely possible that the corrupted player is unable to get into the game or participate in war. There are at least 3 Alliances with all or part of the name "River Ayar" that are currently at war. Could you please be more specific about the player that caused the crash as well as the Alliance name? Thank you very much in advance!
