Weapon blessing barracks only

Description says 33% boost for barracks.

Do generals from castle, airstrip, factory, mercenaries, reinforcements benefit? I know we see the sword crossed symbol appear over many of those(havent seen on air) but is it really boosting damage?

Testing in campaign by someone would be great

After watching replays looks like weapon blessing applies to anything on the ground. Generals, factory, mercs but not air

the description says that, and so do update notes for V2.0, so i think they wanted it to only apply to barracks troops, but failed on implementing it properly.
