I was searching for opponents to attack and came across this person without name, and got all of these upgrades and buildings in the Classical Age. What is this? Bug? Hacking?

Lol once saw someone with 2 town centers and double most buildings

Probably village downgrade bug

They was in higher age and a bug downgraded his village. The same thing hapend to me to. Some of buildings remain current age buth the most of other buildings go down.
