What makes you shake your head ...?

Often l get attacked by people that makes me say ''Really? You wasted all your troops for that?'' And of course l shake my head and chuckle to myself - go 'tsk, tsk, - at the absurdity of the effort.
Things like:
The global guy who attacked me with fully upgraded global army, 2 x lvl40 generals, donated troops, 6 (count them, six) jagdpanzers plus tactics - including healers, as if his army needed them. Needless to say he pancaked my base for 100k food/gold plus some fur and 1 diamond for the win. (Very valuable that diamond)

Then there was the EA guy who used 117 infantry to take out my tc - 20 at a time ...... and still couldn't !!

And don't get me started on the people dropping medals and attack me for NO resources. I have farms and caravans out there - at least get a couple thousand food and gold to cover your costs, you silly people!!

I could do with a good laugh this cold & miserable Sunday - would like to hear about other silly or absurd attacks. What gets your goat?

Well, at least i'm not that stupid and search for something to get (i'd love it if you guys build farms and stuff away from defences) before i push the button to have a journey home.

When someone drop medals his point is to drop medals. He doesn't care or more accurately even notice your oil storage outside your town, because his objective is to quickly drop one trop and end the battle. He won't waste time to admire your base I drop medals while watching movies

And when we talk about bad attacks - just take a look at yourself How many times did u waste an attack and waste everything with the need to rebuild it all for few hours? It's just like the real life - shit happens Maybe he:
-got distracted by a phone or person coming to his room,
-was watching movie at the same time,
-had bad day,
-was tired of nexting to find a perfect base so just attacked first one and didn't think it through,
-didn't see the air defense,
-just miscalculated attack.

I know those kind of attacks are all like - wtf? and LOL but they are all understandable

So in this tone, what was the worst that happened to all of you guys during attack that ruined your attack and made it look ridiculous for the defender?

My biggest issue during my attacks is me I hate to lose zeppelin or generals on some crappy low lvl base because I was too cocky and trying to crushed someone within a minute or two. And my general is stuck on some random spike trap and zeppelin is lost on 2 air defenses, 4 towers and castle all near each other I also lost many attacks while watching movies and some beautiful actress shows up on a screen... lol

And my best defenses I had were all against raiders when they all died from my 3x land mines near each other. And they all come from the same side, attack after attack, I just had to rearm traps - epic lol

1) When I'm looking for a particular resource and finding a base in pvp with that rss, after 5* that base I get every other rss but the one I came for.

2) When I'm pimping someone higher lvl in WW and all of a sudden the dreaded COD(Circle of Death) appears and one of two things happen. Either In trying to reposition my devise I 5* them and Nexon gives me 32% 1* or I'm trying to reposition my device and miss out on that 5* due to distraction.

3) When some IA hits me and levels my bases getting 200-300k rss and 2-3k oil, I SMH for them cause I revenge and get 400-600k rss and 4-5k oil

With the current Pirate event on Im getting tons of medal-droppers hit me. Over night I can go uo 500 medals easy. I saw one guy exp lvl 180!! in the below 400 medal range.. lol what a...!

Allright then, l won't mention I'm 170 something hovering around 800 .....

But l was at 2700 for months so it balances out .... doesnt it?!

Guess I'm only half a pussy!!

Yes, yes, thank you brandie! I just want to keep things lighthearted is all. I can understand your motivation MartinK12 - but in all honesty l dont think these unknown people really needed defending. However, your intentions came from the right place - cant ever fault anyone for that!

And yes - I've made silly mistakes before - you'll find ''mentions'' of them all over the forum!!! But that still doesnt excuse some people .....

I think l can beat that. Many months ago when l was EA l raided a FULLY maxed IA player (incl walls, uh huh) for some 300k+ gold and food. This guy immediately revenged me with his fully upgraded army, pancaked me and got less than 60k food and 30k gold!! I would soooo love to mention this guy's name - he was often talked about on the forum - if you know what I'm saying. ....

MartinK12 I use this strategy a lot just waiting for IA ppl to hit and than I wait until they have the right amount of rss and are not on peace treaty, and BOOM....Riches!

nah 170 round 800 is ok enough. Im just above 150 and sit on 600ish most times as it seems theres a lot of loot 600-1000 mark

Pertaining to the OP.... I'll say the guy that attacked me using 6+1 HTs on top of his 3 planes but was a few seconds late in destroying my last tower. Haha haha....He must have been banging his head against the wall after that.

I've walked away with over 100K in loot for the cost of 10 grunts. I've even taken to raiding this way. Much cheaper than motos.

When my ai has obviously visited the tavern, which exists but is invisible, drank beer by the gallon and lurch around uncontrollably. They are keen on pointlessly shooting at walls which usually have fk all behind said walls when, if they lurched slightly left or right they would fall right through a gap. When they are really pissed, they take a segment each and have a "lets see who can last the longest without encountering enemy buildings" game.

The generals, being ever so superior, look on this behaviour with disgust and gallop off in the opposite direction.
